You find a FAQ document in the download of (almost) every application. If you can't find such a document, you might find a FAQ section in the readme document that came with your download. And we have a  FAQ section on this web site too.

Every application (download) includes some sort of a manual or comparable documentation. Please consult this help documents before writing to the support@habakuk.ch address.

e-mail support: All registered users are entitled to receive e-mail support. Usually the response arrives within 5 working days. If you are not registered, your questions may or may not be answered, depending on the available time...

Premium support:
You may apply for Premium support, if you want us to react more quickly for mission critical HabakukSoft applications. Get in  contact with us

Bug reports:
if your problem is not solved by reading the FAQ and the manual/readme document, feel free to file a bug report. The more detailed your message is, the bigger the chances are that we will be able to fix the problem. State the OS, OS version, hardware (CPU, RAM, HD, network connection) and describe the error condition as detailed as possible.
